Exchanges & Returns

• Non-returnable items: All items are sold exclusively to SK NYC and cannot be returned unless they are factory-damaged.

• Factory-damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Approved Returns: In rare cases where a return is approved, a non-refundable 4% fee will apply to cover credit card processing fees. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
